RETURNS

Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 15 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support and subject to inventory availability.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

If a product has a significant defect or damage, you may be eligible for a replacement, subject to approval and inventory availability.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, inspecting the condition of your item, and only after approving your request, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Colors and design will vary slightly from the pictures due to differences in materials and updates to laser cutting files.

All custom products and sale items are FINAL SALE unless it is an error on our end. Common material features, defects and differences do not constitute an error.

Orders with pre-ordered items will ship once all items are in stock.

All Funko Pop sales are final unless there is an error on our end.

We can’t promise mint condition on any products. Common blemishes to packaging from shipping and handling (scratches or dents, for example), or slight manufacturing variations will not be considered a significant defect or damage.
